We had already decided to have full insurance, so no comebacks, which we were glad of, but others seemed under pressure to take out that insurance even if they didn| t want it. Once added to the hire cost it| s not such a cheap deal. Will look more closely at insurance and hire cost together next time. Real plus is absolutely no furthers costs whatever happens, and really easy to return car, and we didn| t even have to clean it, which others are required to do

The representative at the airport was very helpful and provided excellent service. You charge the deposit and are supposed to refund it later, which is unnecessary and reduce credit limit.

I ordered a car for 8 people, I received a very upgraded car but only for 7 people because the car I ordered at the garage, I received was not big enough for the luggage. The next day at noon the car was replaced with a van with 9 seats but manual and not the cleanest and most maintained.
