Easy car to drive. Pick up was pretty fast. They just had one person doing everything ... the paperwork, then taking you to car, doing inspection, getting you an exit ticket etc. She| s was in a hurry, because other people were waiting. She was nice though.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The first auto ( same make / model) had a flat tire which they discovered during inspection with me. So they provided us with another Tuscon ( newer unit) . I had mistakenly left my sweater in the back seat of the first suv , which I didn| t discover until we were unpacking at our accommodation 300kms from Airport. I sent an email to the rental company. Received a reply the next day. The sweater was located and kept for me until the end of our trip in the Lakes District. I truly appreciated that.
