Alamo’s staff were all very helpful and charming at the pick up and also at the drop off. We had to extend our rental and dropped the car at another airport because of flight cancellation, due the fault at the air traffic control in the Uk, and it was absolutely no problem at all, and no extra costs. I usually don’t like the car rentals at Nice airport, because of the queues and also they always try to sell different extra insurance, which are often a rip off, but I had none of that with Alamo. I always have good experiences with Economy Bookings, including for insurance claim purposes. I rent at Nice airport frequently and this time opted for a Enterprise car rental through Economy Bookings. It was by far the best pick-up and drop-off service and staff helpfulness (Mr. Najer) ever experienced at Nice airport. Will continue to use Economy Bookings and definitely use Enterprise again.
