From the booking on internet, the service at the airport, park location everything vent pretty fast. I will order from the same supplier again.
The car was exactly the same as the one described, which was great as we rented based on boot capacity (litres) to ensure it could fit our luggage.
Came to pick up the car. The var i had booked was not ready when i came to the airport, so they promptly upgraded me, easy rental! Will use this company next time

Great experience overall. Check in took a little longer as we had an issue with the car requiring an oil change. I must say that was an upgrade! Once identified I quickly got an apology and a further upgrade. The staff were brilliant and very friendly and as unnecessary as it was they couldn’t apologies enough. Great staff, great car and would highly recommend.

I was significantly upgraded from the cheapest manual to a 4wd automatic BMW. It was a beautiful car for the short time I had it before having to exchange it for an auto 4wd Ford. The ford was great too, just not as fancy. The staff were very helpful and efficient in sorting the issue that arose.
The staff where very helpful and the answered all questions, they even offered us water since the line was so long actually the longest in norway airport which is good sign that the majority there picked the same company
Modern car, all wheel drive, clean and tidy, tools provided for clearing ice and snow off car.
Overall the car was great, check-in a little slow but we were coming from Australia and we were not in a hurry.
