Hertz was helpful as their envelope contains QR codes for refilling fuel (at a nearby Shell station) and a guide to the dropoff location (using Google maps) which is tricky at Suvarniphumi. My advice is, if you have time, pick up and drop off the car by having accommodation nearby. Go back to pick up the day after arrival. Drop off the day before departure. Less stress.

Staff were well rehearsed at pick up. Kiosk was easy to find in arrival hall, car was ready and a simple process to being on the road. Drop off was also easy, although representative wasn’t at all engaging.
The car was what we asked for, we had plenty of room for 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The only reason I didn| t give it a 10 on its condition was there were minor scratches and marks on the exterior. I| m expecting to receive my full damage deposit returned because we did not put any damage or new scratches on the vehicle.
Very easy pickup, helpful staff and greet vehicle. A stone on the highway smashed the windscreen but it was no problem at drop off with our insurance. I always use this company!
