      Overall, it was a very smooth experience. I picked up a few hours early (but the day before) and they were very accommodating. Dollar signage in the lot was not as clear as the other companies| signage. The car I was initially issued was in need of service (service now light on) but the representative on duty was able to quickly provide me with a different vehicle.

      Everyone was polite. The desk clerk said they were out of that class Toyota SUV, then someone said there is a Jeep out back. I had black marks on the exterior I was able to remove but transmission made some odd noises! Price was the best I had found after looking for four months.
