While the rental agents were perfunctory, the people on the return process were EXTREMELY helpful and gracious. My wife had a sore knee, and using a cane. Without asking, they suggested we stay in the car, and drove us to the departure area. Special thanks to Kam Pruitt.
The same young lady helped us at pick up and drop off and was fantastic. She really is an asset to the company. Car was great too.
