it was lovely to receive an upgrade, and the staff member who helped us at pick up at Bozeman airport was calm, kind and efficient- only one staff member on after multiple busy flights had landed meant that we waited over an hour. That was disappointing as we had been on the go for 28 hours up until that point.

Picked up my car from Bozeman Airport with no problem. Car was perfect for our trip through mountain country in Northern Montana. Would definitely consider using EconomyBookings again. Had some concerns with using a foreign company, but transaction went smoothly. My wife works for a major corporation that offers discounts with some car rental companies. EconomyBookings beat or was equal to her discounted rate.

Jake at the Hertz counter at Bozeman airport was AMAZING! At the car return my daughter left a native silver cuff that her grandfather had given her in the rental car. A sentimental irreplaceable piece. She didn’t discover that she left it until going through airport security screening. I rushed to the Hertz desk and Jake went above and beyond to save the day. He quickly took me to the car and helped me find the jewelry piece and I was able to catch our flight. Many thanks to Jake for his excellent customer service!!!
