Did not get a conformation on the full coverage insurance. Rental agent said I should have gotten a contract before picking up rental.
The car was not a rav 4 or similar because I own a rav 4 and my luggage fit all good in my suv and the similar one they tried to give me was smaller. but they ended up giving me a bigger one but very old and ran down , but it worked

Marieli took care of me and the transaction. She was amazing. Being a technology dinosaur she made sure I knew exactly how to use everything, especially the navigation map. She was very helpful and pleasant. I felt she actually went the 2nd mile for me. The check in process was excellent. The car was available just you walked out the building. The agent was very pleasant and friendly.
Check in for Dollar at the Cleveland airport is handled by Thrifty which would have been helpful to know beforehand. Also one desk with one person handling multiple companies slows things down and limits efficiency. These things do not reflect on Economy Booking but specifically on Dollar.
Michelle at the Hertz/Dollar counter was so helpful and really made the experience easy. More customer service representatives like her is needed

Great service. We had the same lady at counter at pick up and drop off. Very friendly, informative as when I booked it stated full coverage however informed it was not Avis full coverage therefore could have paid double coverage.
Huge thank you to Feven at the pick up. The guys at the drop off were awesome too. Loved the car.
Rental car return at Cleveland Hopkins airport were incredibly helpful. Staff gave myself and 1 yr old a complimentary ride back to terminal which absolutely made my day.
