I had a last minute need and they were the cheapest by far. It was like I booked through the car rental company itself.
It was easy to book a car and the service desk help was exceptional. A nice lady named Yvonne was tentative to my questions and made me feel comfortable while I waited to pick up my car.
Best price I could find for the trip I planned. Reserved a Toyota Rav4 and actually received an almost brand new Ford Bronco Sport which was fun because I never drove one before and have driven plenty of Rav4| s.
Everything was really easy, I went to the desk and had my car within 8 minutes or so. I used this service because I was able to get the rental car with insurance included for about the same price as renting direct without any insurance.

The service is excellent Maria at the desk in Pittsburgh was so helpful and so efficient and kind. She also made sure that I upgraded and got the app and everything so I can get better deals and I was just very grateful I walked right out to the car, somebody greeted me made sure I got to my car. It was just wonderful service, when I went to drop off the car parked in the wrong place and instead of the young lady making me move it she actually just took the keys and said she’d take care of it and move it for me. That was yesterday morning at around 10 AM that I dropped off the car so I’d like to give a shout out to that young lady who help me this is the third time I’ve rented with you. I used to rent with other companies but your services first class and second to none.

staff at pick up and drop were excellent. Both easy. Car was very acceptable and felt a good value for the cost. Virtually brand new, 1300 miles. Just a little more detail, not a lot, when cleaning after rental between seats and console ""grabs"". Over all I was VERY SATISFIED and if all remains the same use SIXT and Ecomomy Bookings on my next trip, possible again in late summer.
I have an open case for a lost reservation due to a flight cancellation. I just hope they return my money.
