The Equinox I was given was a nice SUV. I was looking forward to driving the Rav4 I booked, but I assume it wasn| t available. It was a 5 year old SUV, but in excellent condition. Drop off was easy.
price was good not great. Transparency on final price as far as I can tell was great. Better than booking with American Express travel who had hidden prices in the rules and regulations that totalled more than $100. Everyone I dealt with on site was kind and pleasant. Booking process was easy.
The employees were nice and helpful. The car ran and drove well. It got great gas mileage.
I loved my car. A very kind gentleman who worked for Hertz helped me locate a car since the spot where I was told to pick up a car had no car. Robert helped me set up my Car Play and answered a few more questions. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I’m 77 years old and don’t do many car rentals. So I was grateful for his help.
Everything was pretty seamless with check-in, the gentleman who helped me at the Dollar front desk was super friendly and helpful
I still haven’t received my final receipt email. But everything else was smooth and without any problems; and you can’t ask for much more than that.

The overall cost was cheaper than booking directly and I was given the car that I needed with no hassle. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and it was difficult to get a hold of someone in customer service that could relay the message directly to the rental service, but I encountered no additional fees. Economy Bookings is a legitimate business and as long as you follow their rules, you’ll get what you need at a great price.

The vechicle was awesome, I had a Kia jeep clean and smooth very fuel efficient!
The car I book was with Avis the staff were friendly and helpful both in Nashville and at the drop off location in New Orleans.
The staff were fantastic - very easy pick up - very easy drop off. I| m afraid i didn| t get the names, but they guy on the desk at pick up was great - all they guys on drop off were very friendly
