When we booked it said that my wife would be covered to drive the car. When we piked up the car we were told that it would be an extra $13 a day as they did not accept the additional driver as part of the original contract.
The prices are excellent, the rental car dollars company is good, with them I have never had any problem if you have to make the reservation with a lot of time
Great and reliable car - Ford Escape SUV, super clean, spacy, no problems at all.
Good in person service, but I can book with Dollar through any website. I will NEVER book through Economy due to their intentionally misleading marketing stating a second driver was “reserved”. Reserved meant nothing as anyone can pay to have an extra driver use the car through the rental period. The language used was intentionally misleading so I won’t book through Economy in the future.
I would use this company again. They took care of everything. Once I received the booking confirmation , when I got to my destination , everything went smoothly.
Booked my vehicle on my laptop at the airport and picked up the keys in about 40 minutes. The car I booked was gone but I was offered a Toyota Camry and because it was smaller the Dollar agent said I didn| t have to fill up the gas tank when I returned. The whole process was seamless.
Pleasantly surprised to up a Honda CRV to drive. I have had Two and always loved them. It was like wearing an old shoe!!
