I was relieved to have the car immediately available and no wait line. Sometimes this location has a long wait for rental cars. A much better experience this time and I appreciate it since a few hours makes a huge difference in travel times.

Great customer service. After a quick drop off, found that I forgot backpack in rear if car. Backpack had computer and other valuables. Manager/staff searched for car and returned backpack in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

Got charged for add in premium roadside assistance even though I specifically said I sit want it. Noticed it in my email receipt half way through my trip and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to dispute the charges. Absolutely ignored.
