Read some horrible reviews about the nonrefundable booking. To my surprise, when I arrived the Hertz counter was managing the Dollar rentals and I walked right up to the counter, smiled and gave the lady there a warm greeting. She was so enchanted with my positive attitude that she gave me an upgrade to a brand new SUV with only 8 miles on it!!! Great deal and great experience I have to say. Thank you to that kind lady who reminded me of my grandma!!
