When booking van car rentals always make sure
When we first picked up the car I was having problems finding the gears and with the sat nav system, as it was in German not English and I didn| t know how to change the settings. I went back to the Enterprise desk and the member of staff could not have been more helpful, despite it being the end of his shift. He helped me with the gears and changed the sat nav to English. I am very grateful for this help and we got on the road and to our destination 100 miles away successfully,

We rented 3 cars and had some ""misunderstood"" with one of the front agent of Alamo,but Ugur the maneger of Alamo -munich airport took the responsibility and solve the issue in a perfect way that was very impressive. Nowadays that a good service almost doesnt exists in the world, Ugur proof us the opposite...we definitely will return to rent a car there

The guy at Sixt at the Airport upon picking up the car started to convunce me to take another and more expensive insurance plan with Sixt, saying he doesn| t really know which insurance plan I got from Economy Bookings. It ended up in me paying another 414 Euros !!! which I know that I shouldn| t have. I think that Insurance should be presented more clearly to the customer so there will be no room for additional charge to apply.

Although we were originally not provided the vehicle we had booked we were accommodated with an upgraded smaller vehicle with an option to exchange at a later date. Because of the inconvenience we were provided an upgraded version of the original larger vehicle we had booked for the rest of the rental period. Great customer service all around!

We had a good experience with this car rental company when we visited Munich Germany. The rental company is not located in the airport but we were able to find the shuttle via the instructions and a phone call (number found on the instructions). We picked up the shuttle outside terminal 1 by the bus area. There is a Flex to Go sticker on the car. It was a short 10 min drive to the rental location. Gregory met us at the desk to help us check in. He was very patient with us as we discovered we had made some mistakes and poor assumptions. He wrote down options for us to go forward with our booking, we already knew we were going to have to pay an additional $150 euro due to wanting to go to Salzburg (out of country fee stated in the agreement). To allow us to go forward we did have to pay for their additional insurance fee (an additional $200 American dollars on top of the $150) at first this took us by surprise, and Gregory allowed us to step outside to quickly assess the situation and digest this new found information. But remember, it was our mistake that got us in this situation. Thankfully we knew how much it would have cost at another rental company and despite the increase we were still saving money with Flex to Go. So we went forward and Gregory was great! Especially considering we didn’t speak a word of German. He was matter of fact, kind, patient and very professional. The car was clean and nice: we needed a 7 passenger vehicle. The gentleman who drove us to the rental company even gave us excellent advice on how to put all of the luggage in the car and still fit the humans, lol. We couldn’t have done it without him. Our plan was to have it in our laps but he got all of our luggage in the trunk and still fit the 6 of us. Returning the car was super easy and with the upgrade we didn’t have to wash the car upon return or worry about any small damages. Gregory was there on our return and I had to shake his hand, because truthfully he saved our entire trip! Flex t
