Van Car Rental in Guadalajara

Family members and I were getting phone calls from an unknown number asking for the license number of the van. That seemed very strange and realized that the license number of the van did not match the contract. My vacation was interrupted because I had to drive back to the car rental and get this resolved. Spoke with the supervisor named Alberto who was so helpful, responsive and took care of the issue. Could not resolve the unknown phone number. This matter should be investigated regarding getting phone calls from unknown numbers and asking information. Hope that we don| t go thru this again. Thank you.
