Picking up the car was a breeze, as this was my 2nd time booking with them. JOHN at the counter was very clear about the rental details and processed my paperwork in a very efficient and timely manner. The shuttle driver, I think his name was AZIZ, was very kind, and we had a good conversation. Returning the car was also effortless. JOHN was at the counter helping another customer, so I had SHOBAN helping me. He, like JOHN, took a video of the car and came back in 2 minutes to tell me that everything was ok, and even complimented me on overfilling the gas. MOH, the shuttle driver back to the airport was very pleasant and helped me with all of my luggage, great service This is the most affordable rental company I have ever used, and I continuously recommend them to everyone I encounter wanting to rent a vehicle. They are off-site, and you need to be shuttled to and from the airport, big deal, you are still getting the latest models at an amazing rate, and better still, getting excellent customer service.
