I had to be at the airport at 6:00Am. But the shuttle didn| t start until 8:00 Am. So I had to drop it off a day earlier and find a ride to the airport. Also I did not get a refund for the day.
Straight forward booking process. The rental agent was very helpful and went thru all the features of the car before I drove it away. The car was clean and there were no issues with it| s performance.

Picking up the car was a breeze, as this was my 2nd time booking with them. JOHN at the counter was very clear about the rental details and processed my paperwork in a very efficient and timely manner. The shuttle driver, I think his name was AZIZ, was very kind, and we had a good conversation. Returning the car was also effortless. JOHN was at the counter helping another customer, so I had SHOBAN helping me. He, like JOHN, took a video of the car and came back in 2 minutes to tell me that everything was ok, and even complimented me on overfilling the gas. MOH, the shuttle driver back to the airport was very pleasant and helped me with all of my luggage, great service This is the most affordable rental company I have ever used, and I continuously recommend them to everyone I encounter wanting to rent a vehicle. They are off-site, and you need to be shuttled to and from the airport, big deal, you are still getting the latest models at an amazing rate, and better still, getting excellent customer service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They could however do with more reception staff to process rentals and returns. One person easily becomes swamped as was the case with us.
