Had a great experience for a MONTH...!!!. Had used this same company over the past 3 years in 3 different countries through Economy Bookings, and I didn| t have any issues with them. - Easy reservation over phone with email confirmation a month ahead of move. - I got one small vehicle for the first week as it was only me and my wife who were using it and then got a GMC Yukon 8-seater which was great vehicle for us to travel from Edmonton to Jasper, Banff, Canmore, Calgary, Regina and Saskatoon with full luggage and 8 people (including 2 children). - Both vehicles were 2024 models and nicely cleaned and no scratches or dents on the vehicles, seems well looked after. No mechanical troubles or any external issues faced with the vehicles. Also I faced no incidents during my journey..! - Pick up was nice and quick, directly from the airport. Handover was also easy and when I handed over the 2nd vehicle in the airport it was 6:00am in the morning and I had to drop the key into the box. However, no issues were noted and the confirmation received within hours - The workers there were very professional. Returned 5 minutes before the location closed and was easy and no fuss. - Highly recommend the service of this company as I had no issues with them, and good value for money.

Great price - everywhere else was 3-4x the cost due to the G7 leadership summit. Staff helping me was a cool dude, had some great conversation and he gave me a few good recommendations for my stay. Overall was very happy with my experience from start to finish. Not to mention I received a brand new Ford Bronco instead of the Rav4 - score! Thanks Thrifty.
Everything just as stated in contract. I was going to be late for pick up. I called hertz and they said no problem. Great savings an overall great experience.
After I booked with Economy Bookings, I came across several negative reviews, which made me nervous. Everything was as advertised and no issues. I would use Economy Bookings again and recommend them.
We found the staff working in the areas where the cars in Edmonton were parked to be quite helpful finding our car and explaining how to operate it. I have not driven a newer car for a few years, so I was even unsure of how to start the car since I had only used keys to start cars. The staff working in the area where the cars parked in the Calgary Airport were quick and friendly and gave good service.
Once I had done all my research and decided on which rental company i was going to book with, the booking process on Economy Bookings was easy. My confirmation and pickup voucher arrived when they were supposed to. The staff at Hertz was also helpful and quick, though the location of the rental place was listed as being downtown, It was actually way far away on the West end of the city. Updating that information would be helpful for customers to make informed decisions about their pick up locations. From my location the time difference between getting downtown and getting to the west end is like 20 minutes... not in rush hour traffic.
Ease of drop off via the drop key method was fantastic...!!! You can always rely on the the same size & group of the rental car. Also squeaky clean and good condition.
