First time for me using Thrifty. Super easy booking, pick up and return- in spite of it being right before Christmas. Car was clean and easy to drive- No issues whatsoever.
I had a brand new Nissan Verna, still in plastic , only 350km ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fast pick up and fast return, I had to wash the car because it was to dirty( it wasn’t required), I drove a lot! Picked up with a full tank , returned with a full tank. Had no issues at all! Amazing experience! Will definitely do it again!
Staff were friendly and efficient. The car was brand new - only 403 km on it. Clean as a whistle, came with snow brush/scraper, which was needed. Very happy with the service and the vehicle.
They provided car seats, which are essential for traveling with children, and the counter staff and drop-off zone staff are very friendly. There was no additional amount at all. The car was very clean, and although it wasn| t the car I would have chosen, it was a similar size.
