They had a shortage of cars when I arrived a little late from our flight. We had to wait over an hour, but it was handled professionally and we got a slight upgrade.

Very friendly staff at ACE rental. Called for shuttle pickup from airport, shuttle was there in 15 minutes. Pickup and drop off of car was straight forward. Would rent from ACE again if needed
