The staff were wonderful - but spoke as if they| d be fired for every little thing - what kind of company are you running that you staff speaks to the clients out of fear of their employer?

Quick car pick up and return. Easy and convenient pickup and drop off at airport.
Car was ready but our flight was late. We had to arrive by 1 am or the desk would be closed until 8 am...made it by 12:50 am. Thifty desk was closed...not sure where to go next. Found out Hertz did Thifty checkin.
