Has been my preferred car rental booking company for 4 rentals. There are shady car rental practices out there but never had bad experiences with Economy Bookings.
2 disputes: one from rental company want more than paid price and would not give me the car. The other because of mistake by double booking for few days and end up need to cancel the original and rebook with the same rental company. Both rental companies agree full refund but economy booking still pending my refunds.
