Last minute booking during a very busy time. We needed a six seater for a family trip to Windsor and your company was the only one to accommodate us.
dollar car hire did upgrade me at. further cost due to the booked car not winterised.i found the counter staff and the return car staff professional and friendly
Easy pick up & drop off at airport. Car was great, good price and value. All hertz employees helpful and friendly.
Overall experience good. Only issue is that your app on the phone doesn| t seem to sync with the booking, so other than keeping hard copy, or the original booking email, there| s no way to track the booking using the app.

The staff was very proficient and friendly. My only suggestion is to highlight the return address for the vehicle bc on the original order print out it had a different location. She did say return it here (hands/arms pointing to this location) but not the actual address on the stapled print. We went by the original booking print out which added an additional 25 minutes to drop off as we don| t know the city.
Had a great experience for a MONTH...!!!. Had used this same company over the past 3 years in 3 different countries through Economy Bookings, and I didn| t have any issues with them. - Easy reservation over phone with email confirmation a month ahead of move. - I got one small vehicle for the first week as it was only me and my wife who were using it and then got a GMC Yukon 8-seater which was great vehicle for us to travel from Edmonton to Jasper, Banff, Canmore, Calgary, Regina and Saskatoon with full luggage and 8 people (including 2 children). - Both vehicles were 2024 models and nicely cleaned and no scratches or dents on the vehicles, seems well looked after. No mechanical troubles or any external issues faced with the vehicles. Also I faced no incidents during my journey..! - Pick up was nice and quick, directly from the airport. Handover was also easy and when I handed over the 2nd vehicle in the airport it was 6:00am in the morning and I had to drop the key into the box. However, no issues were noted and the confirmation received within hours - The workers there were very professional. Returned 5 minutes before the location closed and was easy and no fuss. - Highly recommend the service of this company as I had no issues with them, and good value for money.
Vehicle choices were available on line when I couldn| t book directly with the rental company at the airport.
