The car was ready with no problem getting set up and on my way. Drop off was made especially easy. I really appreciate that as i was in a hurry to catch my plane.
I had to change my reservation to drop off in a different city. Thrifty accommodated the request easily and quickly. Very great service
The waiting time to pickup the vehicle was excessive (over 2.5 hrs) and certainly tainted the experience with Thrifty.. However your team was exceptional in showing empathy to clients some of which were obviously very difficult to deal with. While I would not like to experience this length of wait again based on your teams humanity i would use your service again. Please pass on my thanks to your team. They did an excellent job under very difficult circumstances.
Its good but but the representatives person of thrifty, couple of days before pick up the car give me wrong info about pick up my car than the person who help me to give me the attention the day I pick up the car

Great 4 wheel drive for winter conditions. Given an upgrade at pick up for no extra cost. Car was reliable and economical. Jimmy was great at drop off - gave the car a once over and was polite and efficient.
Great experience. Location close to my home and convenient tourist attractions nearby. Pick up was good as well and the security deposit was affordable. Car was clean and full and in great condition. Rental was worth the price and to fill up the tank was cheap as well. Will use Hertz again for sure
Staff were friendly and helpful. Pickup was a little confusing, could have been clarified in instructions. Office was somewhat short staffed and could only help one customer at a time. Car was in great condition. Will use again.
