I book rental cars about 5 times a year and always go through economybookings because they always manage to have the best price.
All was fantastic, only the insurance was an issue, rental company said in case of accident, I would have to pay from pocket and then get reimbursed from Economy booking. The rental company wanted to sell me insurance that would cost more than the car rental.
The girl who served us was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly, and provided us with an upgrade, This helped us as we ended up driving through some snowy conditions and the car was perfect!
Staff was very helpful resolving our problem. Moreover, the vehicle we had selected was not big enough for our needs, and succeeded in finding/renting a bigger one. It was precisely what we needed. It turned out a good experience after all.
