First time renting a car and pickup/return at the airport was seamless- very easy to find rental car counter. No lineup, I was the only person when picking up and returning (my flights were both in the evening around 7-9pm and I traveled during shoulder season at the end of April). Denyse (Thrifty) was working at the counter when I picked up and returned the car and she was very bubbly and friendly both times. I booked an SUV (Toyota Rav 4) and I received a Ford Escape which had all the bells and whistles, including leather seats and a sunroof. The car was more luxurious than I was expecting which was nice. Most affordable price compared to other websites.
Pick up and drop off was easy and efficient at the Halifax airport via the Hertz Kiosk.

100% service at pick-up and drop off. I have to use a wheel chair for long distances. The help I needed was provided. Person on return of car was amazing. He took me on a short cut to the airport terminal and got me to an elevator which took me to the exact area I needed to be. I will forever be grateful to him.
Had an excellent experience, great price and great car company. Only downside is no cancellation or change - we did have to return early though and there was no charge (no refund which is ok given the price). I would definitely book through Economy Bookings again, especially for this location

The process was very smooth, At first I was reluctant to book because of negative feedback earlier. However, my experience was very smooth and faster without any issues.

Everyone was so great and friendly. Both the pick up and drop off was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my son, who I was visiting, had left his bag in the car. I only noticed once, I arrived at the airport to drop off the vehicle. The staff was so helpful they offered to have his bag delivered to the downtown location the following morning, when vehicles would be moved there so that he could pick it up. They were extremely reassuring. Thank you,
