Had some concerns about Routes based on other online reviews. All I can say is that my experience was totally smooth, normal, and there were no hidden charges. High security deposit but was released after a quick inspection upon returning the car. Prompt and polite/helpful customer service on the phone and in person, too!
The staff were friendly when I collected the car, the staff that I dropped the car off with were not as friendly, it was easy to drop the car as you just had to leave it in a queue, which was really easy for getting to the airport for flight
Great value. - i got the car promised - clean - no issues with it. Shuttle bus is convenient . One just needs to allow more time. Wondered about the tires and if they were snow tires as it was a requirement to cross the mountain passes at the time of my rental. Question to ask when relevant

It was a nice experience with renting car with Routes Car Rental. It was easy to pickup and drop off the car and everything went smoothly, especially their Shuttle driver Bob was very friendly and helpful with a warm and pleasant attitude. The quality and comfort of their care was very good, and I didn| t have any issues during the rental time for almost two weeks.
Great and helpful customer service and the vehicle was new and worked great. Drop off was just parking the vehicle and leaving the key in the afterhours dropbox.

Rental car was 5 km from airport however pick up and drop off was efficient with little waiting.

Great company great value ,pick up from airport was smooth and within 5 minutes of us arriving ,within 15 minutes we had loaded or luggage into the hire car and driving up to whistler, cant recommend this company enough .the return drop off was smooth and we were back at the airport within 15 mins thanks to the very polite shuttle driver
The small SUV was a great car for our needs. The unlimited kilometers was also great for people that wants to travel a little bit. The service at Hertz in Vancouver Airport was nice and professionnal.
