We have a good overall expereince. Car and drop off were excellent and met our expectations, only criticism was at Vancouver apirport pick up, the lady who dealt with us was on her own and the waiting time was alittle onerous. She however was excellent and very efficient. I feel she needed support of someone else to help her process the volume of customers waiting.

The actual car rental company Next Car was good. It’s Economy Bookings system that is very complicated and difficult. It also requires payment in advance. Will not use again for this reason.
