Van was excellent. Picking up the van was lengthy, hot and office space was small. My car was not available at the time for pickup and the office was very busy ...so I had to wait. Not a big issue. Checking out was very fast in less than 5 minutez and would use this company again.

It| s my first time using your service and the entire experience is very positive. At least with Thrifty, they don| t need the print out voucher. It| s not easy to print this out on the road, considering you are only sending out the voucher a few days in advance. So if this is not necessary, don| t ask us to print it out.

Make a copy of your car insurance paperwork (screen shot) and bring it with u. Your VISA card is also covering 95% of your insurance needs. Do not buy ""coverage"" from the Economy Booking. It doesn| t cover nothing in case of accident. Don| t waste your money.

I asked for full size car I received mid size car I due to low inventory totally agree with the condition but when I try to connect again and asked for full size car or upgraded the customer service rep emailed me after 5 days saying no you will not get the upgraded vehicle and you asked for mid size. I sent them my booking details and didn| t get reply back. The service at the location was awesome very quick and fast.
