      Great experience with economy bookings; very prompt and pro-active response. They have a wide variety of car rental vendors with limitless choices. Green motion had been absolutely phenomenal when it comes to customer service. My selected car was available at the time of pick up however, since I was renting the car for a full month, they have given me a free upgrade. Overall, I had a great experience with economy bookings and their vendor (green motion). Highly recommended.

      I found the staff to be professional. Everything was as described on the website. I did read some bad reviews and was a little cautious but there are notes all over the office as well to explain what will cost you extra. If you read all the stuff and act accordingly then all will be well. We rented a Chrysler Caravan and it was so good to drive. Could have been a bit cleaner but we paid a lot less than other hire places. I will go back.
