This auto rental operation is exceptionally well run. Being off site from Pearson airport is not a problem because they pick you up and drop you off without delay. ON SITE rental operations by other companies at the airport are problematic due to lack of staff. Sometimes I have waited in line more than a half hour to get served. These guys are great. A good company run by workers of second generation immigrants who are respectful and kind to the customer, Bonjeet to mention one by name.

No problem at all. The rental experience was smoothly. I arrived at the store with all documents required. They collected my personal data, my credit card and after signing the contract I got the car. I got a car better than I expected. It was a new car and very comfortable. The staff was very nice. They explained everything with details. The checkout was even easier. I dropped the car, they checked that everything was fine and I leave.

I had a great experience with City car and truck rental. The shuttle was very prompt. Ahmed at checking was extremely helpful. Showed me how to use the navigation system and synced my phone to the Bluetooth.
2 disputes: one from rental company want more than paid price and would not give me the car. The other because of mistake by double booking for few days and end up need to cancel the original and rebook with the same rental company. Both rental companies agree full refund but economy booking still pending my refunds.
