Wanted to say a big thank you to Emily and her support for the smooth transition in renting at the Edmonton airport. The front glass had a crack and she gave my options and did not feel pressured. I usually would get anxious with rental Companies but the last few rental with Thrifty has been amazing.

Very pleased with the Hyundai Kona we got. Plenty of room for the third person in the back seat. Car was clean and fuel tank was full and ready to go. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
