Car rental at Jackson Airport

I had read some negative reviews so I was unsure if I should book with Dollar, but I went ahead because the price was much better than other companies. Everything at the Jackson, MS airport counter went very quickly, smoothly and without any attempts to upsell or bring any unwarranted charges. The car was very nice and new. When I picked up the car, I took pictures of some small marks, nicks in the paint, etc. to be on the safe side, and when I returned the car, I asked that the car be checked over while I was still there. The woman at the car return was friendly, looked it over and said everything looked good. After that, I made sure to get a receipt at the main counter, which also went smoothly, so I have no complaints and would rent from them again.

Very friendly staff, clean car. Actually got upgraded to much nicer vehicle, not sure why. I assume it’s all they had left. Either way it made experience much more enjoyable. Price was exceptional compared to travel websites.
