After reading very bad reviews about GoldCar, we were pleasantly surprised with how friendly, smooth sailing the whole process was. We did not feel any pressure into taking any extra insurance/add ons etc. They give you the option and you can simply decline. The reception hut was directly in view as you walk towards the terminal exit. Drop off was quick and no hassle whatsoever and have been reassured the deposit will be back within 3 days. Would book with this company again.

We had brought our own infant seat from Ickle Bubba, standard Northern European safety standards seat. Initially the first two cars we were offered did not allow our seat to be fitted properly. The staff member involved found us a suitable vehicle and was extremely helpful at a busy time of the evening. Please pass our feedback on to him, excellent customer service and thank you x
