The Car was what we had booked and was clean and was very nice and easy to drive. The Staff that I met were very nice, pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. Shuttle was waiting for us on arrival at airport. The car rental company used by economy bookings was Green motion. Car was ready for use and proved totally reliable for the 5 weeks rental. Staff friendly and efficient. Emails replied to promptly. Dropped us by shuttle to the airport after we returned the car.
The male who delivered and collected our car was superb: he was overtly waiting for us when we arrived and gave us clear instructions. When it was time to drop off he was again waiting for us and even brought us a trolley to help with our suitcases. He was also able to speak with us during our holiday when we wanted to ask something. We will be using this company again next year.
The drivers who collected us and dropped us off were super friendly and helpful even though it was very hot when we landed, the driver was still adamant to load all of our luggage in the shuttle van and was very friendly and polite

Extremely helpful. We had a problem starting the car 2 hours out of town (turned out to be a simple issue). They had assistance out to us within 30 minutes and kept us updated all the time. Great service from pick up to drop off.
