Sandy and Mike at the Larnaca site were fantastic. They were kind, funny, and exceptionally patient with customers. The pickup and drop-off process went smoothly, and when I had a minor accident (a small scrape with a pillar), they were incredibly understanding and kind about it. This was the best service I| ve experienced with a rental company, even considering the fact that it was the only accident I| ve ever had.

We had a very smooth experience with our rental car. We did have to make a phone call to get picked up by the shuttle, but the driver arrived shortly after. The pickup and dropoff was smooth and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff member who collected from airport on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Ordered a Skoda and got upgraded to a VW Golf. The car was lovely, very clean and tidy on interior and exterior.

addCar provided an excellent service, which included a Meet & Greet at arrivals and at Drop Off making the whole experience great and with no stress. The Car was what we had booked and was clean and was very nice and easy to drive. The Staff that I met were very nice, pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. Shuttle was waiting for us on arrival at airport. The car rental company used by economy bookings was Green motion. Car was ready for use and proved totally reliable for the 5 weeks rental. Staff friendly and efficient. Emails replied to promptly. Dropped us by shuttle to the airport after we returned the car.
The male who delivered and collected our car was superb: he was overtly waiting for us when we arrived and gave us clear instructions. When it was time to drop off he was again waiting for us and even brought us a trolley to help with our suitcases. He was also able to speak with us during our holiday when we wanted to ask something. We will be using this company again next year.
Excellent experience. The concierge from the airport was fantastic, very timely and informative. The staff at the front desk were professional and on point. I was offered a vehicle upgrade based on my family circumstances (attending a wedding). I would definitely rent again.

Was charged 100 for insurance I had already paid for which I got back last time I booked in June however this time I was told not getting back
