Compact Car Rental in Dominican Republic

They offered me to swap cars, co that I didn| t have to pay for the dropoff at the Punta Cana airport. Also when my flight got cancelled they extended my rental for one day simply trough WhatsApp. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. :)

They we waiting at the airport as we walked out (luckily our flight was on time) and drove us 3 minutes away. They upgraded us for free and we were on our way very quickly.

Estuvo todo bien en general, buen vehículo, en buen estado. Lo que no me agrada es que cobran seguro contra coalición por aparte y es muy elevado cuando todos los vehículos al ser una renta ya tienen póliza contra accidentes, esto debería de estar incluido ya en el precio y no crear gastos extras.
