Pickup was exactly as planned. A man, with a sign, was waiting for me as I exited customs. He took us to the outside area where a car and driver were waiting. We we immediately to the rental office. Paperwork was fast and I was off to my destination. Staff was incredibly nice and vehicle was immaculate.

I only had one issue with Economy Booking. I was told that everything was paid off and the insurance I bought from Economy Booking will cover my rental and all I needed to do was to bring IDs and my credit card on the pick up day. When I got there, Zezgo told me it was mandatory to buy car insurance from them and that cost a lot more and I mean ""a lot more"" than I paid for the rental car. Besides I rented a Kia Sportage and a Kia Seltos was giving to me, which is a shorter car, less cargo space. The car was good, but smaller than what I paid for and they have them as ""similar"" vehicles.

I was really impressed. We got NIssan X-trail instead of Nissan Quasquai immediatelly without asking. Staff was friendly and helpfull. They did try to offer me some extra insurance over my extra insurance, but it was not intrusive at all. They offered I declined and we moved on. Simply the way as it should be done. Also on car renturn I was dropped off to airport for free what I did not expect. It is not far from airport, but they saved me some 10 min walk. Really super happy with services and would use it again.
