On arrival a rep was waiting for us at the bus stop as agreed. There was no selling of any add-ons at the desk, and the car was in great condition albeit with some scratches/slight dents which they were happy to make note of. On departure the process was v.smooth, someone checked the car and the contract was signed to confirm no damages to car. All in all a great experience... would definitely recommend.

The whole service was great the car was clean and very immaculate. I will 100% use them again and i will definitely recommend them. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off which was great. They do need a sign at the airport tho so you know where to stand I had to ask people
Other than the slightly deflated tyres, the overall was great. Was the second time. My first time was an upgrade since they gave me a caravan! Gonna book again

Auto Union staff at SKG airport were super professional and friendly. No hidden charges, no attempt to push dodgy add-ons. The car (a Hyundai i30) was new and excellent. When (in order to not to arrive late) we returned it with 7/8ths of the tank full instead of a full tank, rather than charging us a fuel surcharge they suggested instead we go fill up at the station next to their offices. Super thumbs up.
