The customer service is highly accessible for the booking agency and the actual rental car location was extremely helpful as well. Though the booking agency did charge me much less than I ended up actually paying- at the location I had to pay for a full coverage insurance and a young driver fee- I thoroughly felt like the rental was worth my money.
We were after a budget, compact-sized car and got exactly that. The car had a few scratches around the bodywork, but these were all documented correctly. Inside the car was clean and fully functioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did not heavy sell the additional insurance, that sometimes happens with hire car firms. We would recommend them (and they were the cheapest we could find).
