Best service possible, the staff very helpful, very kind, they where wating us with the car at the arrivals , we did not have to wait or to walk. the car was clean without any problems, the drop off or the thar was also easy, 4:00 in the morning , they have been waitng only for us , no extra cost (other company asked me 25 euro extra if give up the car during the night). I forgot my sunglasses in the car, i called them and they came to the departures to bring them! Best service ever had, and i have been renting for many years from several companies. Thank you

24 hour check in/out at the airport was a must, so Alamo was great for that. Our allotted car had an issue noted below which was dealt with as well as possible by the staff. I| d happily use them again.
The young lady at the office in Athens was very courteous and went out of her way to assist us. When we returned the car we were in a hurry to get to the airport and the young lady shuttled us quickly and professionally. She was pleasant and courteous also.
The company representative was very helpful and kind when we picked the car, and when returned it. We got the same car as ordered (Mercedes viano), but it ran on gasoline 95 and not on diesel (consuming more gas). Other than that all was very good.

We hired Caldera thru economybookings.com for a family vacation in Greece with 6 people with 6 suitcases. We booked a van that was represented as being able to seat 7 and large suitcases. We planned to use the 7th seat to stack the additional 4 suitcases, as we have been able to do in the past with other agencies. When we arrived, the exact vehicle (Fiat Doblo) was presented. There is NO WAY this vehicle can seat 7 plus 2 large suitcases. Due to the Holiday season, it was not possible to increase the vehicle size, nor did the contracted agency (Caldera) have an extra vehicle to rent. Katerina from Caldera assisted us by contacting economybookings.com. The 1st time, the agent hung up on me in within 10 seconds while I was in the process of describing the situation, which consisted of fitting 6 people and 2 bags. This equates to requiring 0 luggage, or 6 pieces luggage and having 2 sets of family members (4 people) lap seat without seatbelts for the initial 3 hour drive into the southern Peloponnese region of Greece. NOT SAFE. The 2nd time, the Caldera agent assisted by attempting to get economybookings.com to locate a larger vehicle with another local agency and having it delivered or us transported to its location. The solution offered from economybookings.com was to cancel the booking, allow us to negotiate a refund thru their ""system"" and get back to us in 10-30 days (no guarantees), AND have NOT a vehicle to travel thru the Peloponnese. The solution, offered ONLY by the local agent CALDERA, NOT econonmybookings.com, is that they made a policy exception and rented an airport transport vehicle van to us at an additional cost. It cost me an extra approximate 300Euro for the 1 week, but was in my opinion a fair exchange for having the larger vehicle AND Caldera agreeing to part with 1 of their 3 transport vehicles during high holiday season.
