Car was clean and tidy, performed well over the 30 days. Drop off was very quick and easy, which was a blessing as I was pressed for time. Pick up was also very good. Staff were courteous and friendly.
After having a terrible experience in June while using one of the cheaper car rental companies that shuttle you from the airport, I decided to try the more expensive in-terminal options to see if it was worth it. I spent less than 5 minutes at the counter, walked less than 10 minutes to the car lot, spent a couple of minutes receiving the vehicle, and 15 minutes after picking up my baggage I was driving off from the airport. The higher price of the more established, in-house terminal turned out to be worth it. I avoided wasting hours of my limited time like I had previously with the disorganized, cheaper, off-site companies.
I liked that the car was not in perfect exterior condition. It was safe and clean. I do not want a brand new, unscratched car, especially in greece where many branches are along the road.
Overall not a bad experience. Shuttle bus driver has friendly and easy to talk to.
Overall I was very pleased with the exception that I wanted to extend my rental for a week but they were not picking up the phone so I rented from another company through you. On the day of hand back I got an email if I wanted to extend the rental but it was too late, which was a real hassle...
