The staff are very good but Economy booking agent did not provide my contact number and flight number to them and my flight was delayed and it was impossible to get to them as the universal number economy booking provided was going on voicemail.

Excellent rental experience. Collected from the airport, taken to the car rental offices close by, paperwork completed, given a car in pristine condition and on our way in approx. 10mins. Similar when we returned the car back. Car inspected, paperwork completed, card block request removed, closing agreement/invoice email received, and dropped off back at the airport. Again, took about 10mins. The best holiday car rental holiday experience we| ve had in the last 10 yrs in various countries. Highly recommended.
Customer experience was excellent. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours but through constant communication with hire company they still met us on arrival and waived the out of hours collection fee.
The pick up from the airport was really good and makes you feel relaxed when you see a guy holding a sign with your name. The office is really close to the main airport so does not need to be in the terminal itself. Our contact took us round to the office in the actual car we were renting and so we knew what we were being allocated straight away which I think is also a good idea.
Good experience. Our car broke down but the issue was resolved very quickly and we had assistance from the company within 10 minutes. Highly recommended
Office is an easy walk from the airport. No queue and member of staff was friendly. I got the car I ordered, it was clean and fully fuelled. Generally, despite the issues mentioned below, the car got us around the island and helped us have a good holiday.

Great experience, the car wasn| t an upgrade or downgrade but not the model I was expected (I sort of hoped for) but the car was great.
We got an upgrade, a Kia Stonic, which was lovely, a great car with plenty of boot space for our family of 3 adults.
Easy process, very welcoming and competent staff. Over the last 15 years I rented cars in several Greek islands and this was probably the best experience. I love to drive manual rather than automatic cars, but their advice to try the automatic is really appreciated and it was a lovely car easy to drive
