Dirent a car were amazing, Nikolas on the counter was so lovely and helpful. He was available throughout our stay on the island if we had any questions and was amazing on our return too, processing everything really quickly. I wouldn| t hesitate to recommend dirent a car on zakynthos island.

The car was better than most I’ve hired before, the price was great and I had no issues with any part of the hire.
The office is near the airport and we used pick-up / drop-off service very easily. Not only the office, but also the car that we rented were much clean and neat. Nikolas, who took the total care of us, was friendly and also very professional. He helped us a lot on several questions and his responding time to chat was rapid. Overall, me and my husband were much satisfied with the car rental experience with Dirent a car company.
The car was fine, and everything was easy, the staff were friendly and they didn’t mind the car was dirty bringing it back. Really very good for the price.
One of the best rental experiences we| ve ever had. DiRent were waiting for us, a clear sign with our name on. 2 minute drive in our car to the office. 5 mins of paperwork and were on our way. Even gave us a free Dongle to enable bluetooth on the radio, very thoughtful, some companies would have tried charging for such an item. Would be very happy to use this company again, it really was great. Office is so close to the airport and our return drop off was so simple. Again 2 mins in the office, then a 2 min drive to the airport.
Met at arrivals by rep and walked to our car in an airport carpark (we were expecting to catch a shuttle bus to somewhere off site so this was a bonus!). Pick up and drop off very swift, easygoing rep.
The staff went above and beyond, waiting for us late into the evening, helping with wifi and directions. They were calm and helpful and reassuring when arrived tired and a little stressed! Thank you very much for your kindness to us
