Very helpful and quick, both on collection and drop off. The car was clean and when I pointed out on return that one wiper blade had started to break (very common in hot countries), the blade was replaced while I watched.
Brilliant. Picked up at airport and taken to the car hire company. They helped with the luggage. Explained all the paperwork really well and to top it off we got a better car than the one we had booked. Same on return and took us back to the airport departures. Couldn’t ask for better.

Good site, just off airport, leave airport main entrance, walk up incline, on right. 2 mins. Staff excellent car ready, no questions about insurance as all done on line. Pay insurance deposit on credit card, sign, check car, take photos of any damage, drive away.
The local hire company was the best we| ve ever used, mainly due to Daniel. Such a star and incredibly helpful and informative. Cared less about the cars and more about people, and good service. He even let us use the car for an extra couple of hours when our flight was delayed so we could go to the local beach. Will definitely use again if we are in kefalonia and will recommend to others going.

They were helpful in changing the car to the type that I booked, having supplied me with a larger car than I wanted on the first day. They agreed to bring the new car to swap at my hotel near Argostoli, as it was more convenient for us and lost us less time. The cars were both clean, and the Panda that we had for 5 days was without problems and as expected, good for the small & winding roads.
