I was told that the car had to be returned full of petrol and that equally it would be full at the time of collecting it However after having filled the petrol tank fully I realised that on collecting it it was only approximately three quarters full I would therefore request a refund of £15

Very good value and friendly pick up and drop off service from Budget. My only recommendation would be to improve the voucher download. Mine kept appearing in Russian for a pick up in Ireland! It made the irish laugh though!
