The staff at the kiosk were great cost me a lot more to insure the car for your benefit as well as mine but this was dealt with ok. Returned vehicle was returned to the short stay car park and keys handed in at kiosk. A Toyota Corrolla was expected but the Mazda CX-30 was a very nice replacement. Thankyou.

The lovely man who gave me the car went above and beyond. It was freezing cold. Thick frost and a cold wind. He got the car ready for me and couldnt have been more helpful. I was back for a funeral and had been on the 5.55am flight feeling rather sad. His kindness was very welcome. To be fair I| ve rented from Shannon many times and always found the service great. The car was an automatic which was a blessing given the entire journey was on roads thick with ice.
Although my booking was VERY last minute the staff at Shannon airport couldn| t have been more helpful in particular a member of staff named Nathan who could not have been more pleasant and helpful and even the staff who were not dealing with us directly were friendly chatty and helpful and apologetic that we had to wait so long which was of no fault of theirs they made the whole experience so much easier. The same can be said for your staff in Dublin airport pleasent friendly and made the process of returning the car so easy
