      In fairness the 30-60 minute pick up time was due to 2 flights being late and our flight early. The two young people manning the counter worked feverishly to get everyone taken care of. I was 5th in line. Linda helped me and apologized profusely for the delay. She was quick and efficient. Went over all details and necessary information about the car. She was wonderful to deal with, very pleasant. A definite asset to your company.
