The staff were friendly and helpful. I had bought my old driving licence by mistake and between the staff team and other customers we established a solution, dvla can release a code that can be shared with the hire company. I have been in similar situations before where hire companies were not helpful. They also got us to the airport quickly for our return flight. Thankyou to their team. I will definitely book with them next time.
